4. Waitlist Terms and Consent

No Fee: There is no fee to join, remain on, or be removed from the waitlist, and no deposit is required to hold a place on it.
No Guarantee: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a space and is not a child care contract. A space is offered only when one becomes available in the child’s age group, and enrolment is confirmed once the Child Care Contract and required forms are completed.
How Spaces Are Offered: Offers are made in line with Rideau Daycare’s written waitlist policy, which is available to families on request.
Contact and Response Time: If a space is offered, we will contact you using the details above. If we cannot reach you or you do not respond within one week, we may offer the space to the next family.
Keeping Your Information Current: Please tell us promptly if your contact details or start date change, or if you no longer need a space.
Privacy: The personal information on this form is collected only to manage the waitlist and to contact you about a space. It is kept confidential, used for no other purpose, and not shared with other families. You may ask to view, correct, or remove your child’s information at any time by contacting the licensee. If your child is not enrolled, this information will be securely destroyed after 6 months.
